Application Process Overview
Step 1. Prepare Documents
Prepare the following supporting documents:
- Senior High School graduation certificate
- Senior High School academic report
- College or University graduation certificate (if relevant)
- College or University academic report (if relevant)
- Evidence of your English language level
- Evidence of any previous studies undertaken in Australia / New Zealand
- Also, if you have prior aviation experience, please provide a record such as copy of your log book / journal
Step 2. Certification
All documents you submit with your application must be certified.
A certified copy is a special photocopy of an original document. The certified photocopy has an official stamp placed upon it by a Notary Public or Lawyer to verify that the photocopy is taken of the ORIGINAL document and therefore is genuine. Step 3. Complete Online Application Form
Complete our online application form and attach the scanned certified copies as indicated. Click APPLY to complete the process.
Step 4. Letter of Offer
Your application will be assessed and you will receive a response within usually 5 business days. If you application is successful, you will receive a formal Letter of Offer which will provide the details of your booking and deposit requirement.
Should you decide to accept, you must return by email a signed copy of the Acceptance of Offer page and evidence that you have paid the deposit. More detailed instructions will be included on the Letter of Offer.
Step 5. Confirmation of Enrolment
After receiving your signed acceptance and deposit, we will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment with detailed instructions regarding your starting date, orientation and visa process. If accommodation is required, we will also begin the arrangements
Step 6. Insurance & Accommodation
If you have requested your aviation school to arrange insurance, we will start the process. If accommodation is required, we will also begin making the necessary arrangements or introduce you to an accommodation agent.
Step 7. Arrive and Commence
That's all there is to it! Book your flights to arrive a few days before your commencement date and we look forward to meeting you!
English Language Requirements
All students wishing to undertake aviation training in must meet minimum English language standards. Applicants wishing to become a pilot must also meet aviation English standards as required by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Please check on the course information page for English language requirement for the course you wish to join.
Please note that students from some countries may also be required to present evidence of their English level to gain a student visa.
All students wishing to undertake aviation training must meet minimum academic standards. In most cases this means Australian / NZ High School senior certificate equivalency.
If you are not able to satisfy high school equivalency as per the following table, please advise us and we will add a Foundation Programme to your package. You will need to complete the Foundation Programme before undertaking your primary aviation course.
