This course is specially designed to prepare trainee pilots for employment in India region. The course includes the New Zealand CAA CPL and DGCA Airline/Multi-engine endorsement training. This specific solution results in a very cost effective training experience.
The Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) is the licence you need to work as a pilot. Training for this licence includes basic training (similar to recreational and private licence training), plus more complex training to ensure that you are able to safely handle a broad range of situations. The CPL also includes additional theory knowledge and additional flying hours.
Aviation licenses and qualifications received in Australia and New Zealand are considered among the highest standard in the world. Most relevant qualifications are transferable among ICAO member states and usually require only a local law exam and flight test. It is important, however, that you contact your local aviation authority before booking your training to ensure that you understand the procedures for converting your qualifications if relevant. We do not make any guarantees in relation to the cost and practicalities of licence conversion.
This course is delivered over approximately 46 weeks of training in three phases as follows:
Phase I:Recreation Pilot Licence (RPL) - 12 weeks
Phase II:Basic Navigation (PPL) - 10 weeks
Phase III: Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with multi-engine training - 24 weeks

- Recognise failure of attitude indicator and/or stabilised heading indicator
- Perform manoeuvres using limited instrument panel
- Recover from unusual attitudes using limited flight instrument panel
- Re-establish visual flight following inadvertent entry into IMC
Recover from Spin (optional)
- Recover from spin.
- Simulated and actual multi-engine aeronautical experience
- 18 years of age
- Senior high school certificate
- Upper intermediate English level equal to 6.0 IELTS or higher
- Good health and eye sight (required to pass aviation medical examinations)
- No criminal record (required in order to get Australian aviation security card)
